Recently, critics of Microsoftís decision-makers have called on the companyís CEO, Steve Ballmer, to step down and give someone else with fresh ideas the opportunity to set the companyís direction. Itís a call that has been running through Redmond for years. And just as before, it wonít be enough to get Ballmer out of there.
